Luis Estevez, MPH

Mr. Estevez has held a variety of progressively more responsible positions in healthcare management within health plans, medical groups and hospitals.  Mr Estevez holds a Master Degree in Public Health from the University of Miami.  He has over 10 years experience in the healthcare industry.  Luis has extensive experience in Federal Healthcare regulations and all aspects of HIPPA compliance.  Luis has assisted several companies marketing departments; having brought on a number of new clients for locations not only in Florida but also New York.  He served in the US Army from 2002-2005.



David Weissman, MPH
Consultant for the State of California

Mr. Weissman holds a Master Degree in Public Health from the University of Miami and a BS in Science Degree in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley.  Mr. Weissman has over 12 years experience in the healthcare industry.  David served as Regional Director of Prime Healthcare at San Dimas Community Hospital in California.  David is an expert in healthcare regulations in the states of California and Florida.
